Recipe: Tarkin Legs and Arms, Snowtrooper chest, atst head, stormtrooper weapon
Inspiration: I'd be a liar if I said I came up with this one on my own. I got the idea over at KAP's site and ran with it. I could not pass up making this figure, since the figs to make him were 2 for $5!!
