Recipe: Qui Gon head, Emperor legs and cloak, Darth Maul upper body and arms.

I sculpted the sneaky politician's head from milliput, using the Qui Gon head as the base. A repaint to distance him from his Sithy roots, and a tiny piece of rolled up paper in one hand, and Borsk is ready to lead the Republic.
